Course overview
Providing a safe and hazard-free workplace for the employees is the employer's obligation as required by OSHA's standards. The Department of Labor has a program called "Office of Workers' Compensation Program." This program covers mainly federal workers who experienced an injury due to work, and those who had occupational diseases. Their benefits include wage replacement, medical treatment, vocational rehabilitation, and other benefits. This course contains four lessons on the major acts that are applicable to certain industries and situations.
