Prepare PPE and Spill Kits
After identifying the correct procedure, prepare your PPE and spill kit. Make sure that the PPE and spill kit are appropriate for the chemicals involved.


Procedures, PPE, and spill kits differ depending on the spill.


Using the sorbent pads, gently wipe the spill until all of the chemical solution has been absorbed.
When all the solution has been thoroughly absorbed, place all used pads, hose, and PPE inside the disposal bag.
Make sure that the disposal bag is tightly sealed before disposing in the container or bin provided.
